Mental Health Supported Care and Accommodation Services

We have provided targeted Mental Health Supported Care and Accommodation Services to SA's most vulnerable in need of assistance with activities of daily living and assistance to get back on track.

​We do this through offering the following:

- Respite & long term supported accommodation options

- Ensuring all residents receive professionally prepared meals by our onsite staff from our in-house kitchen
- Reassurance, assistance and practical guidance that delivers goal driven results

- Moniroring medications for each resident who stays with us to ensure they are taking the medications at the correct intervals and doses

- Ensuring their weekly financial expenidture is monitored and allowances given as required
- Residents are recommended to us or are referred to us via social care workers, social care consultants, hospitals (following procedures or surgery), or if there is physically nowhere else for a person to stay

- Liasing with hospitals and doctors on the residents behalf to ensure they are attending their required medical; appointments and reinforcing their bookings

- Liasing with visiting support workers/consultants/occupational therapists, etc.
